Debra, thanks for reading! The raw food movement has intrigued me, and I know folks who've had great experiences eating raw. 100% raw is not for me, but I've been enjoying incorporating more fermented, enzyme-rich foods into my diet. To my thinking, any diet that gets people eating more recognizably real food or thinking about where their food comes from is good.

I am a raw foodist. I basically do not eat any cooked foods. My foods of choice are all those beautiful vegetables and you are correct they are so filling and so great for us. I do once in a while splurge and have a glass of raw milk, and the best butter ever is raw butter. But your Kerrygold brand does sound great too! I too shop the local farmers and here in California there is always a Farmers Market to go to for organic , relatively inexpensive produce. I am happy to have found a healthier way of life.
Your site is very well written. I will have to come back and read more, stop by and read about my lifestyle and share your comment too.
