Marking the first day of the Prop 8 trial, I’d like to resurrect this gem from 2008. I don’t know that I could put it much better.
The legalization of gay marriage in this country is, thankfully and rightfully, inevitable. But how sad we have to drag it out, putting the families who want to be married through this hateful charade. Here’s hoping this is the year the tragicomedy of errors ends.

What about revocation of tax-exempt status from churches engaging in political action.
Morman church spent over $20 million in California alone lobbying against prop 8, 50 Catholic Diocese gathered over $550,000 to campaign against the same thing in Maine.
Don’t get me started on the church…
